Terms of Business
The present Terms of Business regulate therelationship between "Psalmos Catherine Zumbach Weidemann, Germany" (hereinafter PSALMOS) and PSALMOS's Customer (hereinafter the Customer) and shall apply to all orders placed by the Customer with PSALMOS.
2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract
2.1 PSALMOS shall accept orders by telephone, in writing and electronically. Such orders shall be binding on the Customer.
2.2 The purchase contract shall be concluded upon confirmation of order.
3.1 The prices set out in our price lists shall be without obligation. PSALMOS reserves the right to effect price changes at any time.
3.2 All prices are in EURO unless stated otherwise.
3.3 The costs of packaging, transport, insurance shall be charged separately.
4. Terms of payment
4.1 The terms of payment are regulated in the Schedule on Terms of Payment and Delivery. For the rest, the following terms of payment shall apply.
4.2 Until payment of the purchase price in full, the products shall remain PSALMOS's property.
4.3 In the event of payment default, PSALMOS shall charge default interest and demand compensation to cover costs incurred.
PSALMOS warrants that the products are supplied in serviceable condition pursuant to the details specified by the manufacturer. However, PSALMOS does not warrant that the products will function within a specific data processing system or with a specific application.
6. Warranty handling
If the Customer wishes to assert warranty claims, he shall reach an agreement with the competent customer advisor concerning the return of the goods. Agreement to the return of the goods shall not constitute recognition of a defect.
PSALMOS shall only be liable for faults caused culpably. Where permissible by law, no liability shall be accepted by PSALMOS for indirect, non-immediate or consequential loses, consequential harm caused by a defect, lost profit, savings not achieved,
loss of earnings and data loss.
The present Standard Terms of Business can be amended by PSALMOS at any time and replaced by new provisions that PSALMOS can publish on the web or otherwise notify to the Customer. The amended Standard Terms of Business would in such a case apply to all orders placed by the Customer after publication.
9. Dispute Resolution Online
The EU provides an Internet platform for online dispute resolution. This platform is intended to resolve disputes between consumers and online retailers.

10.1 If one or more of these provisions is invalid or if there is a gap in the regulations, the corresponding provisions shall be replaced by or supplemented with an effective regulation that comes closest to the commercial purpose of the original provision. The validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
10.2 The Customer shall be responsible for compliance with customs and re-export provisions in the event of exportation.
10.3 Amendments and additions to these provisions and any collateral agreements shall be invalid unless in writing.
10.4 The legal relationships between PSALMOS and the Customer shall be subject to German law, to the exclusion of the UN Law on Sales.
11. Legal venue
The legal venue shall be Freiburg im Breisgau. Any translation of this terms of business are done for general information, and in the event of a dispute between the German and any non-German versions, the German version shall govern.
